Krystie is a 200-hour Certified Yoga Teacher with over 10 years of personal practice and more than 5 years of teaching experience, specializing in Yin Yoga and mindful movement. With certifications in Yin Yoga, Self Myofascial Release, Breath Coaching, Yoga Nidra, and Restorative Yoga, she brings a holistic approach to healing that integrates nervous system regulation, fascia health, mobility, and emotional well-being.
Passionate about guiding individuals to restore balance, release tension, and reconnect with their bodies, Krystie combines quiet, restorative practices with energizing, intentional movement. Whether through Yin Yoga, dynamic movement practices, or self-myofascial release, she creates a nurturing space where students can slow down, rest, and heal.

Outside of the studio, she enjoys spending time with her family, in nature, and living a healthy lifestyle.
